§ Mr. Humphrey AtkinsAs I stated earlier today in reply to the hon. Member for Inverness (Mr. Johnston), Foreign Ministers of the Community have agreed to meet again in the first half of January to consider revised Commission proposals on the four outstanding issues on the 30 May mandate.
