§ Sir Keith JosephA statement, which offers guidance on school transport and travelling expenses in the context of the provisions of the Education Act 1980 relating to school admissions, was issued today. My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Wales has issued similar guidance in respect of Wales. Copies of both statements have been placed in the Library of the House.
