§ Mr. Beithasked the Secretary of State for Scotland by what date he expects orders to be laid before Parliament implementing the proposals on parliamentary seats of the Boundary Commission for Scotland.
§ Mr. RifkindAs soon as is practicable after the report of the Boundary Commission for Scotland is received, my right hon. Friend will lay it before Parliament, with an order giving effect to it. I understand that the commission expects to complete its final report by the end of 1982.
