§ Mr. Neil MartenIn real terms, that is all in 1978–79 prices, the figures for net aid are £723 million in 1978–79, £706 million in 1979–80 and £709 million in 1980–81. In cash the figures for 1978–79, 1979–80 and 1980–81 were £723 million, £788 million and £888 million respectively.
