§ Mr. Giles ShawSince the beginning of this parliamentary Session, the Department has received 16 letters expressing concern about the spread of sex shops. Six of these letters sought a change in planning legislation. During the same period the matter has also been raised in the House in three questions to my right hon. Friend. I also refer my hon. Friend to my reply of 2 December to my hon. Friend the Member for Worthing (Mr. Higgins)—[Vol. 14, c.169].
