§ Mr. RossiIt is estimated that the total amount of benefit paid for incapacity due to conditions of the back in the financial year ended 31 March 1980 was approximately £140 million. The conditions included are those covered by the International Classification of Diseases—1975—numbers 720–724 and 846–7.
