§ Mr. William SheltonTo the extent that the work of schools and colleges overlaps, the programme already includes elements that can be expected to help the further education sector; for instance, the Royal Society of Arts is being commissioned under the programme to produce materials for the in-service training of business studies teachers. There are, however, no present plans to extend the scope of the programme to cover further education more generally.
