§ Mrs. FennerNo. Specific reference to Costons Brook in the schedule would change its status from a "metropolitan" to a "main metropolitan" watercourse, and transfer the powers to carry out drainage work from Ealing borough council to the Greater London Council. I see no reason for making such a change.
