§ 35. Mr. Dalyellasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what information he has been requested to provide to the Comptroller and Auditor General in connection with the British Leyland tractor plant, Bathgate.
§ Mr. YoungerI have now received preliminary enquiries from the Comptroller and Auditor General's staff regarding information held in the Scottish Office about the use and disposal of BL's assets in Scotland. I shall be happy to provide any information which may be helpful to the Comptroller and Auditor General and to give him full access on the normal basis to Scottish Office records.
