§ Mr. LuceThe defence attaché post at the British embassy, Santiago, which was discontinued in 1978, is to be re-established early in the new year. The embargo on arms sales to Chile was lifted in July 1980. We continue to prohibit the sale to Chile of arms likely in our judgment to be used for internal repression.
