§ The Prime MinisterThere have been several discussions at ministerial level between the United Kingdom and Malaysia recently. I am naturally disturbed at recent developments and hope that United Kingdom-Malaysian relations can soon be restored to their normal excellent level. It has been agreed with the Malaysian Government that my right hon. and noble Friend the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs should visit Kuala Lumpur in early February when he will, of course, hope to discuss all this with them.
