How frequently they consider a member of the Board of Visitors should see a prisoner who is segregated under Rule 43 and whether in any case they consider such a member ought to give the prisoner the opportunity of making any observations on the matter before the decision to renew his segregation each month is made.
§ Lord BelsteadIt is customary for a member of the Board of Visitors to see prisoners segregated under Rule 43 on their rota visits. Any prisoner may ask to see a visiting member of the Board of Visitors or the full board at their monthly meeting about any matter.
