§ Mr. MacGregorNational schemes of assistance to industry, operated under section 8 of the Industry Act 1972, are open to eligible projects in the Leicester area on the same basis as for the country generally. It remains the Government's policy, however, to concentrate regional incentives made available under other sections of the Act on the areas most in need of such assistance.
