§ Mr. Peter MorrisonThe Manpower Services Commission will operate the enterprise allowance scheme in limited areas to test the demand for such a scheme and its potential effectiveness. Any extension of the scheme will depend on the results of the evaluation study we intend to undertake. Full details of the pilot scheme will be announced shortly.
