§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsThe 7½per cent. Pay increase has been implemented by all bodies covered by the Whitley Council—Welsh Development Agency, Development Board for Rural Wales, Scottish Development Agency and the English Industrial Estates Corporation.
The package of measures concerning restructuring, grading and annual leave remains under consideration.
