§ Mr. MayhewThe Prevention of Terrorism (Temporary Provisions) Act 1976 will lapse at the end of March 1982 unless renewed by an affirmative resolution from both Houses of Pariament. My right hon. Friend will put his recommendation to the House at the appropriate time.
