§ Mr. HeseltineMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Wales and I have issued a consultation paper today. It concerns the Government's proposals for calculating the increase which local authorities will be expected to find from local sources in arriving at their entitlement to housing subsidy for 1982–83. Copies of the paper have been placed in the Vote Office and in the Libraries of both Houses.
