§ Mr. Austin Mitchellasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he will publish in the Official Report a table showing for each quarter since the beginning of 1979 the estimated outflow of capital held by residents of the United Kingdom divided between (a) investment and unit trusts, (b) other savings institutions, (c) other corporate bodies and (d) private individuals, together with an estimate of the return which he would expect to be earned on each class of capital.
