§ Dr. BoysonA draft circular was published on 24 November setting out certain of my right hon. Friend's policies for secondary education which he will take particularly into account when considering statutory proposals for secondary schools as a result of falling rolls. Copies are available in the Library of the House and the views of interested bodies are being sought.
