§ Lord BelsteadMs. Tiglao is an illegal entrant from the Philippines, who gained admission to the United Kingdom with a work permit obtained on the basis of false references. My right honourable friend the Home Secretary has agreed to defer her removal pending the outcome of a meeting he is to have on 2nd December with an all-party deputation to discuss the general issues.
