§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergThere has been no "downgrading" of health and safety measures in the National Health Service. Indeed, the setting up of the Health Services industry advisory committee to the Health and Safety Executive will, I believe, lead to a better understanding of health and safety matters throughout the service.
