§ Mr. Peter MorrisonThe number of craft and technical apprentices expected to be recruited by firms in scope to the Engineering Industry Training Board in the training year 1981–82 is estimated to be 15,900. This includes 4,000 trainees supported by grants or awards, paid for by the taxpayer.
