§ Mr. FowlerThe Transport and Road Research Laboratory is carrying out an investigation into conditions in which road vehicles, and in particular heavy vehicles, could be a factor in causing damage to underground pipes. A report on the first phase of the investigation has recently been published by the laboratory—report No. LR 954—and copies have been placed in the Library.
