How many serious crimes were recorded in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland during 1980 of criminals or terrorists who gained access to a private dwelling on the pretext of reading (a) electricity meters; (b) gas meters; and

How many actual or attempted cases of breaking and entering were recorded in 1980 by persons who gained or attempted to gain access to a private dwelling on the pretext of reading (a) electricity meters; (b) gas meters.
