- Vote 16 Manpower Services Commission Subheads A6(3) A6(4) B1 and B5(3)
- Subheads subject to limitation of amounts specified in footnotes Al(2) A2(2) A5(2) B4(2) B4(3) B6(2) B8(2) C1 C2(2) and D1(2)
- Vote 17 Administration Subheads A7 and A8
