§ Mr. FowlerFollowing the removal of licensing restrictions last October there has been dramatic growth in coach services. New services have been vigorously developed and marketed by both independent and publicy owned operators. On the major or inter-city routes coach traffic has more than doubled, fares have been halved and new employment opportunities have been provided. This summer I expect to see some 200 new services on the road.
