§ Mr. FowlerI have received a number of representations about the Railways Board's plans to withdraw freight services from the Woodhead tunnel route, which is entirely its responsibility; and also about the board's proposals to withdraw passenger services between Denby Dale and Sheffield, on which the final decision will be mine.
