§ Mr. Kenneth Carlisleasked the Secretary of State for Trade when he expects the Civil Aviation Authority to publish the statement of its licensing policy required by section 13 of the Civil Aviation Act 1980.
§ Mr. BiffenThe authority has published this statement in its official record today. For the convenience of hon. Members, I have placed a copy of it in the Library. In accordance with section 12(6) of the 1980 Act I shall make 365W an order tomorrow appointing 22 May as the date on which the relevant new provisions of the Act regarding licensing will come into force.
