§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsI spelt out very clearly to those business men I met in Japan the advantages to be derived from investing in the United Kingdom and the particular attractions of Wales. The discussions I had were themselves of immediate and specific benefit in the sense that potential investors are now much more aware of what we have to offer and can take this into account in their planning. I hope and expect that this increased awareness and interest will be translated into firm projects in the future.
