§ 17. Mr. Nicholas Wintertonasked the Lord Privy Seal what consultations he has had with the United Kingdom's European partners with a view to formulating a common policy towards the constitutional problems regarding South-West Africa and towards the South West African People's Organisation.
§ Mr. LuceWe have been in frequent contact with our European partners, most recently at the political directors meeting on 7 and 8 April.
