§ Mr. HurdMr. Pyke has spent 232 days in prison. The Iranian authorities have now agreed to regular consular access to him and appear to have dropped the charge of espionage, leaving charges of a financial nature. We are seeking further clarification of these charges and an indication of when Mr. Pyke's case will be resolved.
