(2) what is his estimate of the number of noncontributory invalidity pensioners (a)receiving the short-term rate of supplementary benefit, (b) receiving the long-term rate of supplementary benefit, (c) with incomes which place them in the invalidity trap between the long-term and short-term rates, and (d) with incomes higher than the long-term rate of supplementary benefit.
