§ Mr. Frank Allaunasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will break down the figures for grant-related expenditure in respect of rate fund contribution, including rent rebates, to housing revenue account and rent allowances, as published in "Grant-Related Expenditure: Components of Grant-Related Expenditure for English 129W Authorities, 1981–82" to distinguish, for each authority and each class of authority, between rate fund contributions in respect of rent rebates; other rate fund contributions; and rent allowances.
