§ Mr. YoungerScotland fared very well under this scheme with aid being approved by the Commission for the construction of 18 fishing vessels, the modernisation of two fishing vessels and four aquaculture developments. The assistance involved in these projects amounts to £1.8 million or about 15 per cent. of the total Community budget for the measure.
