§ Mr. John Carlisleasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he is satisfied that the chairman of the Sports Council will be able to perform his duties adequately after his inclusion on the black list of sportsmen as prepared by the South African Non-Racial Olympic Committee.
Mr. Munro[pursuant to his reply, 10 April 1981, c. 378]: As far as I am aware, no black list has yet been 134W published by the South African Non-Racial Olympic Committee—or indeed any other body—which includes the name of the chairman of the Sports Council.
