Expenditure on population activities in the financial year 1981–82 is expected to be(a) multilateral - £4.5 million; (b) bilateral - £3 million; (c) research -£145,000; (d) institutional support - £214,000. This will represent about 0.76 per cent. of gross aid programme estimated expenditure. Figures for expected expenditure in the financial year 1982–83 are subject to further consideration.
