§ Mr. Rymanasked the Secretary of State for Trade whether he will introduce legislation to implement the recommendations of the Insolvency Law Review Committee chaired by Sir Kenneth Cork.
§ Mr. EyreWhen I receive the report of the Insolvency Law Review Committee, I shall consider its recommendations very carefully. I understand that the committee, which was appointed in January 1977, proposes to submit its final report in two parts, and that part I should be in my hands by May and part II probably by July 1981.
