§ Miss Fookesasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will reconsider the decision not to take action on the Tenth Report from the Expenditure Committee, H.C. 495 of Session 1974–75, on the Charity Commissioners and their accountability, in the light of the recent court case involving the Unification Church.
§ Mr. RaisonMy right hon. Friend does not at present believe that the outcome of the recent court case would justify introducing legislation to amend the law of charities, but he is keeping a close watch on developments.
