§ Mr. Greville Jannerasked the Attorney-General whether, in view of the decision of the Court of Appeal in the case of the Union of Construction, Allied Trades and Technicians v. Brain and, in particular, the words of Lord Justice Donaldson, he will now seek to introduce legislation to enable employees who are unfairly dismissed to obtain interest on sums in due course held to be payable to them from the date of the tribunal hearing until the date of the payment thereof.
