§ Mr. Alexander FletcherWe have announced a substantial expansion of the programme of special employment measures aimed at helping those most severely affected by unemployment particularly the young and those who have been out of work for some time. The Government's general economic policies are designed to assist in creating sound new jobs of which there are now many new examples.
