§ Mr. John Pageasked the Secretary of State for Transport whether he will publish statistics covering an appropriate number of years of deaths and serious injuries in car accidents for (a) babies in arms and (b) children up to the age of 13 years travelling in the front seats of motor cars.
§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeRoad accident reports do not distinguish babies "in arms" from those on seats. Available information by age is as follows:
