§ Dr. BoysonThe number of home students in universities in Great Britain in 1981–82 is expected to be about the same as in 1980–81. Nothing definite can be said at this stage about overseas student numbers in 1981–82, but they are likely to be lower than in 1980–81. Universities in Northern Ireland are the responsibility of my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland.
