Member for Merioneth, 30 March, regarding the use of facilities in his Department by the International Rugby Board, if he will ensure that no possible breach of the Gleneagles agreement could arise through provision by his Department of conference facilities for representatives of South Africa during meetings of international sporting bodies at the Welsh Office; and if he will make a statement.
