§ Mr. McQuarrieasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if, in view of the proposed industrial developments in the oil and gas industries in the East Aberdeenshire constituency, he will now consider bringing forward the programme for the road alignment at Tipperty, the Ellon bypass, and the re-alignment of the Peterhead to Fraserburgh road to provide for the increase in road traffic at these locations.
