§ Mr. Nicholas Wintertonasked the Secretary of State for Industry if, in any year since the United Kingdom joined the European Economic Community, his Department failed to take up any portions of the Community funds that were available as a part of any allocation scheme between member States; and whether there was any category of funds for which the United Kingdom could have applied but did not.
