§ Mr. McNamaraasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food whether, in the granting of fishing licences to trawling firms, they will be granted only on an undertaking being received from such firms that all vessels employed in fishing will carry qualified trawler radio officers or persons qualified to use long-distance radio telephones as appropriate, according to the vessel's licence.
