§ Mr. LuceThe arms control and disarmament department of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, including the research unit, has a staff of 15 at present. It is headed by a counsellor, assisted by three first secretaries, three second secretaries, two third secretaries and six secretarial/clerical staff.
