Mr. Hooley

asked the Lord Privy Seal if he will list in the Official Report those members of the Development Assistance Committee of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development who have announced, in the course of 1980, increases in their official aid programmes, indicating the approximate value of the increases in £sterling and the consequent effect on their achievement of the official United Nations aid target of 0.7 per cent. of gross national product.
