§ Mr. Kenneth Clarke:The waiting period for an L-test at Goole is 20 weeks. This compares with about 26 weeks a year ago. The average wait in the Yorkshire traffic area, which covers North Humberside, is 19 weeks, and in the East Midland traffic area, which takes in South Humberside, 18 weeks.
