§ Mr. BlakerThe British delegation in Madrid is fully informed of the difficulties faced by Jewish students in the field of further education in the USSR. The issue will be discussed at an appropriate time during the detailed review of the human rights provisions of the Helsinki Final Act which is currently taking place.
